Color Schemes

Color Palette Generator - Very cool website. Enter in the url of an image you want to base your color scheme around. The website will generate a series of colors that match with it. I've used this site plenty of times.
Color Schemer Online - Another cool website. The difference here with the last one is you need to know the Hex or RGB code of the color you want to base the site off of and enter it into the text box.

Website Layouts

Layout-O-Matic - The site gives you choices on how you want your page layout and includes a box to enter the pixel width of the page. It defaults to 760 pixels but I bumped mine up to 790 on the old design.
The Layout Reservoir - Really cool place and very easy to implement. A+

Income Generation

Amazon.com Associates - Sell Amazon.com products on your site. Simple as that.
